Directions

Cooking Instructions: For Tender, Fluffy Rice: 1. Combine in a 3-quart saucepan 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and, If desired 1 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil. 2. Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Serve. Note: For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time.

Store in a cool, dry place.
