Cooking Directions: 3 easy steps. 1. Rinse meat or seafood well in ice cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Coat meat or seafood in breading mix. 3. Deep fry at 350 degrees F until for seafood (165 degree F for meat) and until golden brown. 10 oz of LA fish fry breading mix coats approximately 3-4 lbs of meat or seafood.
