      The largest source or our Merlot is near the confluence of Conn Creek and the Napa River, where relatively young vines and well-drained loam soil created expressive flavors including espresso, dried cranberry, chocolate, mint and hints of arugula. Aging for a little over a year in a combination of small French and American oak barrels developed a supple mouthfeel with hints of spice. Enjoy. - Ted Edwards, Winemaker. Alcohol 14.4% by volume.
