First held in 1910, this legendary rodeo has taken place in northeast Oregon for over a century. Each batch of Pendleton is crafted using a masterful blend of ultra-premium whiskies distilled from the finest northern grains. The whisky is rested in American oak barrels before being cut to proof with pristine glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's highest peak, Mt. Hood.
