Cooking Instructions. Stove Top: (1) In a medium saucepan, bring 1/4-1/2 cup water to a boil. (2) Add desired amount of frozen broccoli. (3) Bring to a second boil. Stirring gently. (4) Reduce heat. (5) Cover and simmer 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Avoid overcooking. (6) Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Microwave: To prepare half a bag: (1) Place broccoli in a 1-quart, microwave-safe casserole dish and add 2 tablespoons water. (2) Cover and cook on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once during cooking. To prepare entire bag: (1) Place in 2-quart casserole dish, add 4 tablespoons water, cover and cook 6-7 minutes, stirring twice during cooking. (2) Season to taste. Note: Cooking times may vary depending on microwave. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Keep frozen.
