      Directions

      Directions: Shake well before use. For adults, place two dropperfuls (2 ml) under the tongue and hold there for 30 seconds before swallowing. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

      Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration not required.
