Storage: Rice should be stored in clean, cool, dry place. 1. For each cup of rice add 1.5 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt (if desired) in a covered non stick sauce pan and bring to a boil. 2. After 4 to 5 minutes, reduce the heat to a low, replace lid tightly, simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff the cooked rice before serving.
